We built SaptrishiJi for people with a private question. Your details stay private. That's not a policy — it's the product.
What we collect
We collect your first name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender, and your relationship question. If you enter partner details, we collect those too. If you pay, we collect your email so we can send you your reading. We do not collect your last name, phone number, address, or government ID.
What we don't do
We don't share your data with anyone. Ever. We don't sell it, rent it, or trade it. We don't send marketing emails. We don't use it to train AI models. We don't run advertising. The only third parties who touch your data are the payment processor (Dodo Payments, for handling your payment) and the email service (Resend, for delivering your reading to your inbox).
How long we keep it
We retain your reading and payment record for up to 12 months so you can access your reading again. After that, records are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing us at hello@saptrishiji.com.
Security
Your data is stored in an encrypted database. We don't log your personal details to our application logs. Payment is handled entirely by Dodo Payments — we never see your card number or UPI credentials.
